All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days

  • Canada: 6–12 Business Days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 Business Days

  • Europe: 6–12 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on selected items and promotional offers

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

We occasionally offer Free Worldwide Shipping during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped separately due to:

If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Decoriva is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Weather conditions

However, if your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Decoriva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the damaged product

  3. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund
